Agency Funds are used to account for assets held by
the government as an agent for individuals, private organizations, other governments
and/or other funds.
Payroll
Clearing Fund – This fund is used to
account for withholdings from payroll pending payment to outside agencies.
Municipal
Court Fund – This fund is used to
account for cash bonds paid by defendants.
KPRF Fund – This fund is used by the Parks and Recreation
Department to purchase tickets, pay travel agents and pay for other
reimbursable expenses.
Fire
Insurance Proceeds Fund – This fund
accounts for insurance proceeds received and held by the City until the
affected property is demolished.
